SysKiddo ("we", "us") runs syskiddo.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. In short: we collect the minimum we need from parents and teachers, and nothing from children.

Children's privacy

SysKiddo is designed for adults (parents, guardians and teachers) to use with children. Our website, email list and checkout are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and none of our activities ask a child to submit information to us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@syskiddo.com and we will delete it.

What we collect

• Email list: your email address and (optionally) your first name when you request the free checklist. This is stored by our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit).
• Purchases: when you buy a course, Stripe processes your payment and gives us your name, email and billing country. We never see or store your full card number.
• Course access: a cookie (sk_access) that keeps you logged into the course on your device. It contains a signed version of your email address and nothing else.
• Basic server logs: IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting by our hosting provider, Google Cloud.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it

• To send the checklist and the emails you signed up for (tips and occasional offers). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To deliver the course you bought and to answer your questions.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Service providers

We share data only with the services that help us run SysKiddo: Kit (email list), Stripe (payments), Resend (course access emails) and Google Cloud (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@syskiddo.com. If you are in the EU/UK, our legal bases are your consent (email list) and performance of a contract (purchases), and you may complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

Retention

We keep email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
